Artificial turf installation

Pet-friendly, low-maintenance turf built on a compacted base.
Sealed edges and tight seams so nothing lifts or shifts.
Green in July and green in January.

One crew for the lawn and the beds around it

Turf installation is what we do best. Mulch and rock work finish the yard, so you deal with one team from first measurement to final rake.

Artificial turf installation

Front yards, back yards, side strips, play areas and pet runs. We remove the old lawn, build a firm compacted base and lay turf that looks natural and wears evenly.

  • Full ground prep, leveling and compaction
  • Seams placed and joined so they disappear
  • Edges nailed and sealed against borders, pavers and curbs
  • Infill brushed in so blades stand upright

Mulching and bed design

Mulch keeps soil cool, holds moisture and suppresses weeds. We shape clean beds around trees, shrubs and your new lawn, then finish them with a sharp edge.

  • Bed shaping and edging
  • Weed barrier under every bed
  • Natural and dyed mulch

Rock landscaping

Decorative stone gives you color and texture with almost no upkeep. We lay rock, pea gravel and accent boulders for borders, dry creek beds and low-water garden areas.

  • Rock, pea gravel and larger accent stone
  • Landscape fabric and defined borders
  • Pairs with turf for crisp, modern lines

What goes under the turf matters most

A good lawn is built from the ground up. This is the build-up we follow on every install, and the five steps that get us there.

  1. Measure and plan

We walk the yard, measure the area and agree on edges, borders, trees or play equipment, and any mulch or rock beds.

  2. Remove and prepare

Old grass and roots come out. The ground is leveled and prepared for the base.

  3. Build the base

Aggregate goes down in layers and is compacted flat. This is what keeps the lawn smooth for years.

  4. Lay and seam

Turf is rolled out, cut to fit, seamed and fixed along every edge.

  5. Infill and finish

Infill is spread and brushed in. Mulch and rock beds are finished and the site is cleaned up.

Questions we hear before every install

Does artificial turf get hot in the Florida sun?

Turf can feel warmer than natural grass in direct afternoon sun. Shade, a light-colored infill and rinsing the surface with water on the hottest days all help. We can talk through options for your yard.

How long does a turf installation take?

Most residential lawns take from one day to a few days, depending on the size of the area, the condition of the ground and whether mulch or rock beds are part of the job.

Can you install turf around trees and play equipment?

Yes. We shape the turf around existing trees, posts and structures, set curved edging where needed and fit the turf neatly to every border. See the recent projects above for examples.

How do I take care of artificial turf?

Turf needs far less care than a natural lawn. Brush it now and then to keep the blades upright, rinse it to remove dust and pet waste, and clear leaves with a blower or rake.

Do you install mulch and rock too?

Yes. We design and install mulch beds and decorative rock areas, so turf, planting beds and stone borders are finished together.
